Ingredients

1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt

3 – 4 tablespoons buttermilk

1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives

1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill or tarragon

1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Dash salt


Directions
  1. In a small bowl stir together yogurt, buttermilk, chives, dill, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Stir well before using.
