1 pound ground pork
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey mustard
4 whole wheat reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split and toasted
1/2 cup roasted red sweet pepper strips
- In a medium bowl combine ground pork, cumin, pepper, and salt. Shape mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
- For a charcoal or gas grill, place patties on the grill rack directly over medium heat. Cover and grill for 10 to 12 minutes or until done (160 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling.
- To assemble, spread honey mustard on cut sides of bun tops. Fill buns with burgers and roasted pepper strips
