1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
1 – 2 teaspoons snipped fresh thyme or basil
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash freshly ground black pepper
- In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, parsley, thyme, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before using.
