Greens and Berries Salad

Ingredients

1 8 ounce package (about 8 cups) torn mixed greens

1 cup fresh raspberries or sliced fresh strawberries

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 ounces) (optional)

1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted

2 1/4-inch slices red onion, separated into rings

1/4 cup bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard


Directions
  1. In a large salad bowl combine greens, raspberries, blue cheese (if desired), almonds, and red onion.
  2. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together vinaigrette dressing and mustard. Pour dressing over greens mixture; toss gently to coat.
