Cobb-Style Hot Dogs

Ingredients

4 hot dogs

2 tablespoons buttermilk

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

2 teaspoons snipped fresh basil

1 clove garlic, minced

4 hot dog buns, split and toasted

1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, and chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce

2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled


Directions
  1. Cook hot dogs according to package directions. For dressing, in a small screw-top jar combine buttermilk, yogurt, basil, and garlic. Cover; shake until combined.
  2. Top hot dogs in buns with avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon. Drizzle with dressing.
