Citrus & Smoked Almond Salad

Ingredients

1 orange, juiced (1/4 cup)

1 lemon, juiced (3 tablespoons)

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

2 5 ounce packages torn mixed greens

2 oranges, peeled, halved and sliced (1 cup)

2 grapefruits, peeled and sectioned (1 cup)

3/4 cup pomegranate seeds

3/4 cup smoked almonds, coarsely chopped


Directions
  1. In a small bowl whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; set aside. In a very large bowl combine the greens, oranges, grapefruits, pomegranate seeds, and almonds. Add dressing and toss gently to combine.
